Andrew Klimenko has over twenty years experience litigating a broad spectrum of matters involving catastrophic personal injury/wrongful death, residential tenants rights and discrimination, medical malpractice, business tort/intellectual property, insurance coverage and general civil litigation issues. He has extensive trial experience with a better than 90% success rate in over thirty jury trials throughout the greater Bay Area. In addition, he has served as a settlement panelist for the San Francisco Bar Association Early Settlement Program.
